We have been doing website shops product sales for over 20 years. We are an on-line hand knit shop. We like to keep everything as simple as possible.
Payment:
We go thru paypal and they offer mastercard, visa, american express, and discover. (*note*) you do not have to have an account with paypal, and you can just use 1 of the 4 major credit card options listed above)
Shipping:
Your shipping costs are included in the check out process, and will be included in your total. We use USPS (united states postal service) on most orders (regular shipping) We always do a signature verification so that we know that the item reached you safely. The shipping and handling cost is $7.00, Total which includes the signature verification. (for your ref. it is exactly what we must pay for the shipping) When you check out, the system will ask you where you want the item shipped to.
Returns:
We ask that you make sure that you like the color, and ask us regarding the exact size of the items if you're not sure (thats why we include exact measurements of each item), because these are all new 1 of a kind hand knit items and we don't want to be dealing with any returns. We have never had any problems with any goods being damaged because we only sell non-breakable items.
